    • Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

    • J E N BUILDING CLEANING SERVICES LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

    • J E N BUILDING CLEANING SERVICES LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or staff illness. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide timely notice and alternative arrangements.

  4. Liability

    • J E N BUILDING CLEANING SERVICES LLC is not liable for any loss or damage to property unless caused by our direct negligence. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged item, or the monetary equivalent, not exceeding the value of the service provided.

    • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages that are not visible prior to the commencement of services.

  5. Access to Premises

    • Clients must provide J E N BUILDING CLEANING SERVICES LLC with access to the premises at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises during the service.
